Total Travel Marine was established in January 1989 as Total Travel Enterprises, Inc. in Coral Gables, Florida by two partners Lucy A. Cerullo, President and Karen E. Segalla, Chairwoman.
In keeping with their area of expertise from the onset, the focus of the company was to target the travel needs of the cruise marine industry.
The two partners brought with them knowledge and proficiency from their ten-year experience in managing the air/sea and crew/corporate travel departments at Costa Cruise Lines in New York and Miami. Areas of responsibility included management of air/sea inventory, pricing and contract negotiations, ticketing, pre and post cruise tours, ground services and embarkation for passengers, crew and corporate employees.
Since then Total Travel Marine has expanded rapidly to become the only company offering travel services for marine personnel and cruise passengers exclusively. Total Travel Marine is a leader and vital contributor to the travel industry and continues to grow its network by consistently seeking new values and efficiencies that will benefit its clients.
