Total Travel Marine does not control or supervise any airline and cannot be responsible for any cause beyond its control. Total Travel Marine assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of any airline including, without limitations, those involving cancellation of flights, schedule changes, re-routings, damage to or delay or loss of baggage, flight delays, equipment failure, accidents, pilot or other staff shortages, overbooking or computer errors, strikes, warlike acts, labor unrest, acts of god or any other act even if the tickets were issued by Total Travel Marine. Total Travel Marine cannot be liable for the inability of a carrier to transport the passenger on time to embark a vessel or if the passenger is delayed.

All airline tickets issued are refundable only to Total Travel Marine. Once tickets are issued, any cancellations or changes are at the passenger’s expense. Additionally, an administrative fee of $25.00 per person will be charged in addition to any carrier imposed fees. Any unused flight coupons must be returned to Total Travel Marine. Total Travel Marine will determine the amount of any refund due. If an air ticket is lost, the passenger is responsible for the cost of replacement.

Fares are negotiated specifically for crew travel therefore a Seamen Identification Card or Letter of Employment from the vessel owner may be requested upon check in.

Rates are valid for crewmembers joining or debarking a ship and can be used one-way or round trip.
